Steamed buns, ribs, pickled vegetables and potatoes ( ) | Egg vermicelli, green onion, ginger, peppercorns and cumin powder ( ) |
Recipe for the staple food of braised pork ribs and sauerkraut (fried steamed buns)

1.Preparation materials: boil pork ribs in water and set aside

2.Preparation materials: Pickled cabbage and potato vermicelli

3. Add salt, green onion, ginger and dark soy sauce to fry the ribs.Add water to marinate the ribs and stew for 30 minutes.

4.Prick the meat with chopsticks, add potatoes and simmer for 10 minutes

Tips
The order of adding sauerkraut cannot be wrong.Put the potatoes first and then the sauerkraut, otherwise the potatoes will be hard and affect the taste.
