Yeast ( 5g ) |

1.Peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes and steam it until cooked Then mash into puree

2.Weigh the flour and add yeast

3.Mix the flour and yeast evenly

4.Pour in all the pumpkin puree

5.Use chopsticks to stir into a flocculent form

6. Knead the dough with your hands.Room temperature fermentation

7.After fermentation, place it on the panel and knead until smooth

8.Take a piece of dough and knead it into a long strip

9.Cut the noodles into uniform sizes and sprinkle with flour
10.Use a rolling pin to roll into a round shape

Tips
After the steamed buns are steamed, do not rush to take them out.Steam them for about four or five minutes before taking them out to avoid Retraction.
