Pumpkin: Detoxification
Ingredients
Pumpkin ( a small ) | Milk ( a bottle ) |
Four ( One kilogram ) | White sugar ( 0.5kg ) |
Baking powder ( One pack ) |
How to make milky pumpkin two-color steamed buns (and caramel flower rolls)
1.Peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces, steam it, put it into a blender and puree it into a puree

2.Add the previously prepared baking powder, sugar, pumpkin puree, and a small amount of water to form a dough and leave it to ferment for two hours

3. Then take another basin, add flour and milk , white sugar, and form into a ball, leave to ferment

4.After it has fermented into a honeycomb shape, take a small ball of each and roll it into a skin with a rolling pin

5.Overlap so that they are close to each other,

6. Roll into a stick and cut into steamed buns with a knife

7.Preheat the steamer and steam for twenty minutes

Tips
The ratio of sugar and flour should be adjusted properly.Fermentation is very important.Do not lift the lid of the pot midway during steaming
