How to make corn buns

1.Low 400 grams of gluten flour

2.One pack of corn flour

3.8 grams of yeast powder

4.10 grams of fine sugar

5.1 spoon salt

6.2 scoops of milk powder

7. Mix all the above steps together, stir evenly, then add warm water , the ratio to flour is 1:2.
Stir it with chopsticks first (because the warm water is a bit hot), then knead it evenly with your hands, add some peanut oil (you can decide the type of oil you want), and knead it evenly.
