Pumpkin: Detoxification
Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 250 ) | Four ( 500 ) |
Yeast ( 5 ) | Sugar ( a little ) |
How to make piggy buns

1.Peel and slice the pumpkin, steam it in a pot, mash it into puree and cool it down for later use
2. Add yeast to the pumpkin puree, stir, then add flour and knead it into a dough, let it rest for ten minutes, knead again, cover with plastic wrap and ferment in an environment of about 38 degrees until the dough doubles in size and forms a honeycomb shape!

3. Knead the dough evenly, cover it with plastic wrap and let it ferment for about 10 minutes.Divide part of the dough into evenly sized round dough to make the body of the piggy

4.Add the ears in turn, For the eyes (you can use red beans or black sesame seeds, it doesn’t matter) for the mouth, insert chopsticks into both nostrils

5.Pour cold water into the pot and boil it for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, so that the steamed buns will look good when they come out of the pot
