Flour ( 2 bowls ) | Pumpkin ( 1 bowl ) |
Milk ( appropriate amount span> ) | White sugar ( 3 spoons ) |
Yeast ( 1.5 spoons ) |
How to make pumpkin steamed buns

1.Peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces and steam it

2.Crush while hot and let cool

3. Add sugar and yeast to flour and mix well

4. Mix pumpkin puree and flour, add appropriate amount of milk and mix well

5.Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 2-3 hours until the honeycomb becomes strong

6.Sprinkle flour and knead into suitable long columnar cuts

7. Steam in cold water for about 25 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for a few minutes

8.Open the lid and serve out

9.Just golden and delicious steamed buns
