How to make little pigeon steamed buns

1.Use warm water of about 40 degrees (yeast powder + a small amount of sugar +baking powder) into yeast water

2. Add yeast water and milk (or water , I put the purple cabbage in a food processor and added water to smash it, and then used the water from the purple cabbage to make the noodles), then covered the noodles with a film and fermented it for about 40 minutes. The fermented noodles formed a honeycomb shape

3. Knead the dough until the surface is smooth, so the pigeons become Lilac

4. Roll the deflated surface into a cylindrical shape,

5.Then make the noodle column into a small pigeon as shown in the picture

6. Flatten the end of the cylinder to make the tail of a small pigeon, and use the back of a knife to press on the pattern

7.Put two red beans on the pigeon’s head as the pigeon’s eyes, and pinch the pigeon’s mouth to a point ( Because I did it in a hurry, I didn’t pinch the tip of my mouth, so the effect would be compromised)

8.After the pigeons are ready, wake up for another 10 minutes, then steam them in the pot for about 20 minutes. After steaming, let them simmer for about 5 minutes, then lift the lid of the pot
