How to make fried steamed buns

1. Prepare the steamed buns (Homemade ones are smaller), duck eggs, ham sausage, green peppers and onions

2. Peel and wash the onion Cut into small pieces, remove seeds from green peppers, wash and cut into small pieces, remove casing from ham and slice into small pieces, cut steamed buns into small pieces
