Flour ( 500g ) | Yeast ( 5g ) |
Sugar ( 5g ) | Pumpkin ( 300g ) |
How to make pumpkin steamed buns

1.Wash and slice the pumpkin, steam it until it’s tender

2.Mash the pumpkin into puree

3.Take a small amount of warm water, add appropriate amount of sugar and yeast (less water, because pumpkin puree has more water)

4.Add pumpkin puree and prepared yeast into the flour and stir.

5.Wrap it in plastic wrap and wait for fermentation (for faster fermentation in winter, put it in a hot water basin and cover it with a lid, and it will ferment successfully in 30 to 40 minutes)

6.Then you can use your imagination to make various kinds of steamed buns
