How to make bean paste steamed buns

1.Add milk to yeast and soak for five minutes to dissolve.Do not add all the milk, as it will not be enough for kneading the dough.Add more.

2.Add flour to yeast milk, knead into soft and smooth dough, cover and ferment.

3. Ferment until two and a half times the size, and the fermentation is completed without collapse or shrinkage when poked by hand.

4.After exhausting, roll it into thin slices

5.Spread the bean paste evenly

6.Roll up

7. Cut into sections and place on the oiled steamer grate , put cold water in the steamer, cover and cook for another ten minutes, then turn on high heat for ten minutes

8.After turning off the heat Simmer for another two to three minutes before uncovering.
Tips
I use bagged bean paste and spread it evenly with a spatula while squeezing it, which is easier to operate.
