How to make fancy steamed buns

1.Mix the sugar, flour and yeast evenly, then pour in warm milk and stir into cotton wool

2. Knead the dough, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment it in the greenhouse for 2 hours.When it expands to twice the size, it means it is ready when pressed with your fingers and there is no shrinkage.

3. Take out the fermented dough and cut it into 15g small dough, then roll it with a rolling pin , each steamed bun needs 5 pieces, arrange it as shown in the picture and start rolling from the fifth piece.

4. After rolling, cut it from the middle and need to ferment for 20-30 minutes for a second time to expand.Double the size

5. Steam in a steamer over high heat for 20 minutes and you are ready to eat.
Tips
Now in winter, I use a bread machine to ferment.If you don’t have a bread machine at home, you can also ferment it in the oven or put a bowl of warm water under it
