
Ingredients
Celery leaves ( appropriate amount ) | Flour ( 300 grams ) |
Water ( 200ml ) | White sugar ( 30g ) |
Yeast powder ( 4 grams ) |
Healthy and refreshing ※How to make celery steamed buns

1. Wash and dry the celery leaves and set aside.Then weigh all the flour, sugar, and yeast.

2.Put the dried celery leaves (cut into smaller pieces) into the food processor , add 200 ml of water.

3. Turn on the food processor and stir until it becomes a celery juice sample as shown below.

4. Pour out 160 ml of the stirred celery juice and put it into the bread machine , then add sugar on the side.

5. Then add the prepared 300 grams of flour to completely cover the celery juice.Make a small well in the middle of the flour and add the yeast powder.

6. Then start the dough mixing program in the bread machine for about 30 minutes.

7. Make the noodles as shown below.

8. Then turn on the fermentation program in the bread machine for one hour.

9. Take out the fermented dough and knead to deflate for 10 minutes.

10. Then divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into small pieces.Small round balls.(The 300 grams of flour I used was divided into 6 pieces.)

11.Then Fill the steamer with cold water, cover it with a non-stick silicone mat, and add the kneaded steamed buns.

12.After the fire boils, steam for another 30 minutes and turn off the heat.

13. Then take out the steamed buns and eat them.
Tips
1.The ratio of water, flour and yeast is very important when making steamed buns.I refer to the bread machine instructions for the ratio.
2.It is best to make vegetable steamed buns freshly made and eaten immediately, which is more healthy and nutritious.If you make too much, it is best to seal it in a plastic bag and store it in the refrigerator.
3.If you don’t have a bread machine, you can make the dough yourself according to the above ingredients.However, the fermentation time may be longer depending on the current weather.
