1.Peel, wash and slice the pumpkin

2. Steam in a steamer

3. Divide the flour into two parts, add milk to the white part, and knead the yellow part with pumpkin puree, add sugar and yeast respectively.

4.As long as the dough is soft and does not spring back when pressed with your fingers.

5. Leave a little of the yellow surface and roll it into a big circle.

12. Put cold water into the pot and steam for 30 minutes, then steam for 2 minutes.
Tips
The one I made is a bit big, so I steam it for a longer time.If you like fillings, you can put the fillings you like.Don’t knead the dough too soft or it won’t be easy to shape.
