Pumpkin: Detoxification
Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 300g ) | Four ( 300g ) |
Yeast ( 5g ) | Lard ( 5g ) |
White sugar ( 20g ) | Wolfberry ( appropriate amount ) |

1. Steam the pumpkin, cool it and press it into puree.
