Ingredients
Water spinach ( A handful ) | Garlic cloves ( Two ) |
Chili padi ( three ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Chicken essence ( appropriate amount ) |
Oyster sauce ( A small amount ) |
Recipe for stir-fried water spinach

1. Wash the stems and leaves of water spinach separately.Wash the chili padi and prepare the garlic cloves

2. Dice the chilli padi and dice the garlic cloves and set aside

3. Heat oil in a pan until it smokes slightly, add chilli padi and garlic cloves and stir-fry

4.Put down the stems of water spinach and fry until they are half cooked

5. Then add the leaves and stir-fry.Add salt, chicken essence and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.The leaves are easier to cook, so stir-fry for four or five minutes.That’s it
