How to stir-fry watermelon rind

1. Scoop out the flesh of the watermelon, cut the rind into pieces and remove the outer green rind

2. Remove the green rind of watermelon, wash and cut into thin slices

3.Cut green onions into sections, shred ginger into shreds, and dry chili peppers.Cut into sections

4.Put oil in the pot and add onion, ginger and dried chili

5.Pour in watermelon rind

6.Stir-fry until the watermelon rind becomes soft

7.Add salted chicken essence and stir-fry evenly
