How to make fennel and pork dumplings

1. Wash and dry the pork, use a meat grinder to mince it, and mince the ginger.

2. Wash and chop the fennel, put it in a pot of cold water and blanch it

3. Remove the fennel and let it cool, dry it with your hands and put it into a basin

4.Put the pork and ginger into the prepared fennel basin
