Ingredients

Pepper ( Half teaspoon ) | White sugar ( Half teaspoon ) |
MSG (a little) | Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |
How to stir-fry green peppers

1. Prepare the ingredients in the picture.Wash green peppers, red peppers, dried sesame seeds and garlic.

2. Cut green peppers and red peppers into shreds, cut sesame seeds into thick strips, and slice garlic.

3. Boil the water in the pot, add the dried incense and blanch it for 2 minutes.

4. Remove the dry water.

5. Heat the oil in the pot, add the garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.

6. Pour in green pepper shreds and red pepper shreds and stir-fry until they are about half cooked.
