How to make tiger skin green pepper

1.Wash the peppers, cut off the stems, and scoop out the seeds with a small spoon.

2.If the pepper is longer, you can cut it in half.If it is relatively small, you can lightly make some small slits on the surface to make it more flavorful.

3. Cut the garlic into minced pieces.Combine light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar and salt in a bowl to make a sauce.

4.Put oil in a pan and heat over medium-low heat until it is 40 to 50% hot.Place the dried green peppers in the pot.Turn over occasionally and use a spatula to lightly press the green peppers so that each side of the peppers can be heated and evenly fried into tiger skin.Dish out and set aside.

5. Heat the cold oil in the pan, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Pour in the prepared juice, stir-fry and heat until boiling.

7. Pour the fried green pepper into the pot, stir well and taste.Take it out of the pot when the soup thickens. If you like the sauce thicker, add a little more starch.

8. Plate and enjoy!
Tips
You can stir-fry green peppers without oil, as the color will be heavier and the pepper aroma will be more intense. If you like it, you can try it.
