How to make cold soybean sprouts

1.Prepare the soybean sprouts.

2. Boil water in a pot, blanch the soybean sprouts, remove and drain in cold water Keep dry and set aside.

3.Shred the green onion, cut the garlic into minced garlic, and cut the coriander into small pieces.

4.Put the above ingredients into a larger container.

5. Add 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 3 spoons of vinegar, 1 spoon of sugar, and 1 spoon of sesame oil.

Tips
