Ingredients
Eggplant ( two ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Lao Ganma ( One spoonful ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
Chicken Essence ( Adequate amount ) | Sugar ( a small spoon ) |
Garlic ( Four petals ) | Scallions ( Two stalks ) |
Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Green pepper (Half) |
How to braise eggplant

1.Wash the eggplant

2.Cut into large pieces, Change flower knife

3.Put oil in the pot, fry the eggplant until golden brown, remove and set aside p>

4.Leave oil in the pot, add shallots, peppers, and Laoganma and stir-fry until fragrant

Tips
Eggplants have a lot of water and tend to be oily.You can dry them for a while after cutting them to allow the water to evaporate.The minced garlic adds more flavor at the end! If you don’t put Lao Gan Ma, you can put tempeh, it tastes great
