Onions: Detoxification
Ingredients
Fennel seedlings ( 1 handful ) | Pork fillet ( 400g ) |
Onions ( 1 ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
Edible oil (appropriate amount) | Sesame oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Oyster sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Dark soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) |
Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) | Five-spice powder ( 1 spoon ) |
How to make dumplings with fennel
1. Mix the dough with cold water, add an egg when kneading, and let it rest naturally for 40 minutes.

2. Add oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and allspice to the pork belly, stir and marinate for a while meeting.

3. Chop fennel sprouts and onions and set aside.

4.Add fennel and onions to the meat filling and stir clockwise until it becomes sticky..

5. Cut the dough into small pieces.

6. Roll out into a thin crust.(I forgot to take pictures of the wrapped dumplings)
Small Tips
When cooking dumplings, add a spoonful of salt to the water.
