How to make spicy meat dumplings (simple and hassle-free)

1. Prepare the ingredients.I had too much meat, so I subtracted one corn when I made it.

2.Wash the carrots and grate them.

3. Chop with horizontal and vertical knives and set aside.

4. Wash and peel the corn into kernels and set aside.I do it by hand, but friends who have tools can make it easier.

5. Wash and mince the meat and set aside.

6. Cut the leeks into green onion patterns and set aside.

7.Put the above materials together into a large vessel.

8.Add all ingredients: edible blending oil, sesame oil, salt, MSG, Soy sauce, because I made more fillings, so I added some water so that the dumplings would not taste so dry.

9. Stir evenly.Leave to marinate for 15 minutes to fully absorb the flavor of the ingredients.

10.Start making dumplings! Take a piece of dumpling wrapper.I bought the dumpling wrapper at the market.Add some fillings.

11.Use a filling spoon to dip water on the edge of the dumpling wrapper (no filling It’s the same with a spoon, chopsticks or hands dipped in water). This way the dumplings will not loosen when cooking. Then fold the dumpling skins on both sides in half and press firmly and it's OK!

12. Place the wrapped dumplings in a steamer and steam for 25 minutes ( Add hot water for 5 minutes without covering the pot; after 5 minutes the water is hot and steaming, cover the pot and steam for 20 minutes).

13. You can also put it in a dumpling box and put it in the refrigerator for later use ( Can be kept for one week).

14.I packed a box (72 pieces) for spare use, which can be steamed or cook.

15.25 minutes later, delicious steamed dumplings with thin skin and rich fillings It’s ready! Hurry up and grab it...

16.The second pot.A total of 102 dumplings were made.✌✌✌
Tips
1.When steaming over water, brush the steamer with a layer of oil so that the steamer will not stick to the steamer and the dumplings will not be torn when taken out of the pot.
2.The edges of the dumpling wrappers must be moistened with water, so that the dumplings can stick together more closely and not be overcooked.
3.When adding seasoning, it is best to put less seasoning. After adding the seasoning and stirring, use chopsticks to dip a little and lick it.If there is not enough seasoning, add it again.Remember not to add too much salt and soy sauce, as it won’t taste good if it’s too salty.
