How to make shrimp pizza with dumpling skin

1.The dumpling skin I bought was too big , it can only be cut into small pieces to fit into my small oven, and I use a chrysanthemum-shaped egg tart mold.

2. Chop green peppers and small tomatoes.(My children don’t like onions, so I have to reluctantly give them up)

3.Put in a small frying pan Fry over high heat until soft and release the moisture.

4. Fry 4 fresh shrimps lightly in thin oil until both sides change color.

5. Chop the shrimp into small pieces.

6. Add appropriate amount of salt and black pepper to the chopped green pepper tomatoes and shrimps to taste and stir uniform.

7. As shown in the picture, put oil paper on the baking sheet, brush the back of the dumpling skin with oil and place it on the grill On the plate, add tomato sauce, chopped green pepper, tomato and shrimp, and finally pile on mozzarella cheese.

8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.

9.It’s ready to eat.It tastes great. My kids started eating it immediately after it was baked. It smells so good, I don’t know if this is true or not, I’ll wait for you guys to check it out! (Although I made eight, I actually didn’t eat a bite, haha) The pictures were taken in a hurry, but I tried my best.
Tips
If you use tomato sauce, you can add a little sugar to neutralize the acidity, but you don't need to use tomato sauce.
