Ingredients
Pork belly ( 500g ) | Onions ( 200g ) |
Dumpling skin ( 100 sheets ) | Oil (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Raw Smoke ( appropriate amount ) |
Dark smoke ( appropriate amount ) | Sesame oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Thirteen incense ( appropriate amount ) | Chicken essence ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make steamed dumplings

1.Prepare ingredients: pork belly, chives, and dumpling wrappers.

2.Crush the pork belly, chop the green onion and mix together.

3.Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken essence, thirteen spices and sesame oil to taste.

4. Stir everything evenly.

5.Put an appropriate amount of meat filling on the dumpling skin.

6. First fold the dumpling skin in half, pinch the middle tightly, pinch the pleats one by one, and stack them one on top of the other.Layer

7. All the dumplings are wrapped and set aside.

8.Pour cold water into the pot and place the dumplings on the steaming cloth to prevent sticking.

9. Steam the water for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and wait 5 minutes before opening the lid.

10.The steamed dumplings have thin skin and lots of meat, and they are super enjoyable to eat.
Tips
1.Steamed dumplings with pure meat filling will take a longer time to steam.If there are more vegetables and less meat, boil water and steam for 10 minutes.
2.To save trouble, buy ready-made dumpling wrappers.If you have time, you can make the dumpling wrappers yourself by kneading the dough.
3.If you do not steam the dumplings immediately after wrapping them, remember to cover the dumplings with plastic wrap, otherwise the dumpling wrappers, especially the tops of the dumplings, will dry out easily, affecting the taste of the finished product.
