Dumplings...How to make alfalfa pork filling

1.Take flour, add water and make a dough to wake up a while.

2. Wash the alfalfa leaves, chop the ginger and put it together with the minced pork.

3. Add salt, cooking wine and soy sauce to the minced meat.

4. Mix well and marinate for half an hour to absorb the flavor.

5.Chop the alfalfa into small pieces.

6. Squeeze out the water from the chopped alfalfa and put it together with the minced meat.Appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, cooking oil and sesame oil.

7. Mix well and the fragrant dumpling filling is ready.

8.Take the dough, knead it evenly, and roll it into a long round shape.

9.Cut into small pieces.

10. Press into a circle.

11.Use a dough pin to roll into a round thin crust.

13.Put water in the steamer and add the dumplings after it boils.

14.Cook until the dumplings float to the top and the skin collapses, then they are done.

Tips
It is better to wrap the dough after it has been mixed for a while.If the alfalfa is too moist, squeeze out the water.
