How to make dumplings stuffed with cucumber

1.Wash the ingredients and use them separately

2. Add ginger to pork and mince it into minced meat

3.Peel the cucumber, cut it, remove the seeds, and cut into pieces

Tips
1.Cucumbers will become watery after adding salt, which is a bit troublesome when wrapping.
