Ingredients
Pork ( 400g ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 200g ) |
Carrots ( 1 root ) | Flour ( 500g ) |

Soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Thirteen fragrances ( appropriate amount ) |
Doubanjiang ( appropriate amount ) | Onions ( Moderate amount ) |
Ginger (appropriate amount) |
How to make mushroom, pork and carrot dumplings

1. Chop the pork into minced meat, add minced onion and ginger, salt, thirteen spices, bean paste, oil, and soy sauce and beat vigorously in a clockwise direction.Add enough salt and do not need to add it later.了

2.Peel the carrots, wash and grate them into shreds

3.Wash the mushrooms and blanch them in boiling water until they are raw, remove and chop them

4. Add appropriate amount of water to the flour and stir into floc, knead into a dough of moderate hardness and let it rise for 20 minutes

5.Pour the meat filling into the shredded mushrooms and carrots and stir evenly

6.Cut a portion of the dough and knead it into a long strip, then cut into small pieces

7. Roll each one into a round shape with a slightly thicker middle and thin edges

8.Just wrap all the dumplings and cook them
Tips
After blanching the mushrooms, there is no need to squeeze out the soup, just control the excess water to avoid the filling being too dry and affecting the taste.For the method of cooking dumplings, please refer to my previous dumpling recipes.
