
Ingredients
Rice flour ( five hundred grams ) | Pork belly (One hundred grams) |
Tofu ( Fifty grams ) | Onions ( Fifty grams ) |
Ginger ( appropriate amount ) | Oil ( small half pot ) |
Thirteen Incense ( A small amount ) | MSG (A small amount) |
Salt ( Appropriate amount ) | Water ( appropriate amount ) |
Scallions (appropriate amount) | Cooking wine (a small amount) |

1.Prepare ingredients, pork belly, dried tofu, onions, ginger, and green onions.Put the rice noodles in a bowl and set aside.

2.Do not put oil in the hot pot

3.Pour in dry rice noodles (add appropriate amount of salt) and stir-fry

4. Stir-fry until it starts to change color, then add cold water into granules.

5.Use chopsticks to keep stirring while adding water until it becomes muddy as shown.

6.Put it into the container and set aside.It will be cool enough after fifteen minutes.

7. Wash the pot, add diced pork belly and cooking wine in the hot pot and fry until golden brown.

8.Pour in the diced tofu and continue frying

9. Stir-fry dry tofu until golden brown, add salt, minced ginger, diced onions, chopped green onions, thirteen spices and MSG.Stir well.

11. The rice flour paste is almost cold.Wash your hands and apply some paste on it.Take a ball of rice flour paste, shape it into a nest shape, and put in the prepared fillings.

15. When the oil is 80% hot Deep-fried dumplings

16. Fry until golden brown and that’s it.

Tips
Be sure to add rice flour, fry it first and then add water.This will make it feel crispy when you eat it, instead of being sticky.If you don’t like heavy oil, you can use a pancake stall to fry it.The oil temperature should be heated to 80% hot before putting the dumplings in.If the oil temperature is too low, the fried dumplings will be very hard.If the oil temperature is too high, the dumplings may become fried.This way it's charred on the outside and tender on the inside, delicious and fragrant.
