How to make tofu

1.Cut tofu into thick slices

2. Fry the tofu in a pan until golden (I have a big fire)

3. Cut the carrots and peppers into diamond-shaped pieces and set aside

4.Soak fungus for later use

5.Onion and ginger Chop the garlic

6.Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion, ginger and garlic
