How to make sesame leaf and pork dumplings
1. Wash the sesame leaves, boil the water, add a little salt and the sesame leaves and cook for 5 minutes
2. Wash the boiled sesame leaves twice, then soak them in water for 2-3 hours, changing the water 2-3 times in between

3. Squeeze out the water from the soaked sesame leaves, chop them into pieces, fry them in oil for two minutes and add a little salt

4.Chop pork, ginger and garlic

5. Add a little salt to the pork filling, chicken powder, pepper, light soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, add fried sesame leaves and mix well

6.Put the dumpling wrapper on the dumpling machine and add an appropriate amount of filling

7.Turn over half of the dumpling maker and press hard to form the dumplings

8. Brush the steamer with a layer of oil, add the dumplings and steam for 15 minutes
Tips
I don’t make the dumplings well, so I use a dumpling maker.Those who know how to make dumplings skip this step.Eating it steamed or boiled is my personal preference
