Glutinous rice ( 500 grams ) | Dried shrimp ( appropriate amount ) |

Dumpling skin ( appropriate amount ) | Snow peas (appropriate amount) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Shacha Sauce ( a spoonful ) |
Soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make assorted Shaomai

1.Soak the glutinous rice for two hours.

2.Put the glutinous rice into the steamer and steam for half an hour.

3.Soak the mushrooms in warm water.

4.Peel the carrots and cut into small dices.

5. The mushrooms are also cut into cubes.

6. Heat oil in a pan, add shrimp, Shacha sauce and shiitake mushrooms.

7. Add carrots and snow peas.

8.Pour the steamed glutinous rice into the pot and stir-fry evenly.

9. Stir well and then add soy sauce.

10. It is a dumpling wrapper rolled by myself.

11.Put the wrapped siomai into the pot and steam for 20 minutes.

12.The steamed siomai is out of the pot.
Tips
The dough you roll out should be bigger, otherwise it won’t fit.
