Vegetarian fried noodles Recipe

1.Cut all the vegetables into shreds.

2. Cut the shallot into sections and slice the garlic.

3. Prepare noodles.

Tips
1.It is best to use thicker noodles so that they are not easy to break when fried.You can also roll the noodles by hand.
2.The noodles will not stick to each other after being soaked in cold water.When frying, the roots will separate.If you add oil, they can be left for a while without becoming lumpy.
3.Don’t use a shovel when frying noodles, otherwise the noodles will be broken.Just use chopsticks.
