Broccoli: Replenishes the spleen
Ingredients
Broccoli ( 1 ) | Minced garlic ( 2 cloves ) |
Xiaomi Spicy ( 2 pieces ) | Leola Olive Oil ( 5 spoons ) |
Special selection of juice ( 3 spoons ) |
How to cook broccoli in juice

1. Prepare ingredients and seasonings.

2. Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of olive oil when the water boils

3.Add broccoli, cook until it changes color for 1 minute and then take it out

4. Remove and let cool.Ready to plate.

5. Arrange the broccoli neatly.

Tips
Broccoli doesn't need to be blanched for too long.It can be taken out in about 1 minute after it changes color.
