Water spinach ( 500g ) | Garlic ( 2 cloves ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |

How to cook water spinach

1.Prepare water spinach.

2.Pick out the relatively tender leaves and stems, wash them, drain them and set aside.

3. Mince the garlic and set aside.

4. Heat the oil pan, pour in the minced garlic and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.
