Rape ( Four ) | Peanut oil (appropriate amount) |
Garlic ( Two petals ) | Salt ( Five grams ) |

How to stir-fry rapeseed

1. Prepare all the ingredients (wash the rapeseed and remove the roots)
2. Blanch the rapeseed in hot water for one minute, remove and control the water and set aside

3.Slice garlic and set aside

4. Add a little water to starch to make water starch and set aside

5.Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil into the wok and heat it to 60% heat

6.Add garlic slices to bring out the fragrance

7.Add the blanched rapeseed and stir-fry quickly over high heat for one minute
