Bean sprouts ( a pound ) | Garlic sprouts ( four roots ) |
Tenderloin ( 150g ) | Stick noodles ( 600g ) |

How to make fried noodles with bean sprouts, garlic sprouts and shredded pork

1. Cut the meat into shreds, add allspice powder, ginger powder, cooking wine, salt, dark soy sauce, chopped green onion and minced garlic

2. Garlic sprouts cut diagonally

3.Wash the bean sprouts and dry them
