Traditional fried noodles

1. Prepare the noodles, wash the vegetables, cut them and set aside.

2. Pour 1 kilogram of oil into the pot, add noodles and fry until golden brown.

3.Turn over and fry the other side.

5.Pour the fried noodles into the pot, and then pour the vegetables and soup on top of the noodles.Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

6.Turn over and simmer on the other side for 3 minutes.

7.Use chopsticks to break up the noodles and stir-fry in the pot for 2 minutes.

8.Put it into a plate.
Tips
According to your own taste, if you want to eat burnt fried noodles, add a little soup to the stir-fried vegetables and just turn the pot.Choose vegetables according to your preference.
