How to make fried noodles

1.First pour the flour into the bread machine and pour in water , start the dough kneading process

2. While kneading the dough, prepare and wash other side dishes and meat.Clean

3.Cut Shanghai greens into cubes and shiitake mushrooms into small pieces

4. Cut the king oyster mushroom into small slices (cut the tomatoes into dices, I forgot to take a picture of this step)

5.Pork cut into small pieces

6.After kneading the dough, take it out of the bread machine and roll it into a sheet, not too thin

7.Cut the noodles into small pieces, of moderate size

8.Heat the water to cook the noodles, and at the same time, heat the oil and stir-fry the side dishes

9. Burning While the water is cooking the noodles, heat the oil in a wok, stir-fry the meat first, then add the shiitake mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms and tomatoes, finally add the Shanghai greens, add salt and light soy sauce

10.After cooking the noodles in a small pot, pour out the water

Tips
When cooking noodles, do not cook them for too long.The noodles are cooked but still a little hard.You can freely mix and match the side dishes according to your own preferences
