Chives ( 250 grams ) | Green onions (appropriate amount) |

How to make pork and leek buns

1. To ferment the dough, mix the yeast with warm water and let it rise for forty minutes

2.Put in the purchased meat stuffing, pepper and star anise

3.Add green onions , oil, salt, stir well

4.Add leeks and continue mixing

5.Knead the dough into long strips and cut into small balls of suitable size

7.The steamed buns are packed and ready to be taken away

6.Pinch the buns and cover them with cold water.After steaming, do not open the lid and let the pot boil for five minutes.
Tips
When making the filling, mix in one direction.This is more delicious.Water needs to be added to the meat filling to ensure it is fresh and tender
