How to make homemade steamed buns

1.Mix the ham and flour evenly

2. Warm the yogurt in hot water until you add the flour and stir in the flour.Pour in three times.If it feels a bit hard, add some water

3. Knead into a smooth and non-sticky dough and cover it with a wet towel or plastic wrap

4. Chop meat, vegetables, onions and ginger into fine pieces

5.Add seasonings such as dark soy sauce, cooking wine, five-spice powder, salt, sesame oil, and oil, mix well and let it sit for about ten minutes to taste
