How to make handmade buns

1. Yeast Dissolve warm water, add appropriate amount of flour, stir, and finally knead into a smooth dough.Cover with plastic wrap and start fermentation.(One hour of fermentation is enough in summer)

2. Use the fermentation time of the dough to start chopping the stuffing, I made it Chop the pork and beans stuffing.Add some onion, ginger, soy sauce, salt and mix well.Add seasonings according to personal taste.

3.After the stuffing is chopped, it takes about an hour for the noodles to ferment and double in size.

4. After fermentation, it will form a honeycomb shape.Knead the dough again to eliminate the air bubbles. If the dough is too soft, you can add more dough and let it ferment again.

5. Divide the risen dough into multiple small doughs and roll them into a round dough with a thick middle and thin edges., add stuffing and shape into buns.

6. Wrap them in order and put them into the steamer.Add water to the steamer, cover the pot, and bring to a boil over high heat.Turn to low heat and steam for 15 minutes.I was lazy and made some steamed buns.
