How to make tofu skin buns

1. Soak the dried tofu skin in water until soft.

2. Add minced green onions and all seasonings to the fresh pork and stir clockwise until stirred well, set aside.

3. Fry coriander in water to make it soft.

4. Wash the cabbage, chop it into pieces and marinate it with salt for 5 minutes to remove the water.

5.Soak the fungus, blanch it in boiling water, blanch it in cold water, drain the water and chop into pieces.
