How to make pork buns

1.Pork is chopped well and added Stir eggs, chopped green onion, sesame oil, dark soy sauce and salt, then add warm water in batches and mix well in one direction

2.Add flour and yeast and knead until fermented into a honeycomb shape

3.Knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for a few minutes

4.Punch into small pieces of dough

Tips
