How to make steamed buns
1. Add an appropriate amount of yeast powder to the dough and mix with warm water.Mix until smooth and then cover and let rise for about 1 to 2 hours.
2. Wash and prepare the ingredients.Blanch the moss in hot water and rinse it in cold water., squeeze out the water.

3. Soak dried tofu skin and shrimp skin in warm water and wash them 4 to 5 times.

4. Chop the moss, tofu skin, green onions and ginger, add dried shrimps, appropriate amount Sesame oil, oil, oyster sauce, salt, very fresh flavor, mix well and set aside.

Tips
After blanch the moss in hot water, rinse it in cold water.The water must be squeezed dry.
