How to make tofu-vegetated abalone

1.Rinse the tofu, put it into a large bowl and press it into puree

2. Add salt, pepper and MSG and mix well, then add a tablespoon of corn starch, mix well and set aside

3. Wash the mushrooms, put them into a pot of boiling water, cook over high heat until they are raw, remove and drain the water
