Pumpkin: Detoxification
Ingredients
Beef stuffing ( 200g ) | Parsley ( appropriate amount ) |
Pumpkin ( 200g ) | Flour ( 300g ) |
Yeast ( 2g ) | Vegetable oil ( Appropriate amount ) |
Onion, ginger, five-spice noodles ( Appropriate amount ) | Salt, monosodium glutamate, light soy sauce ( Appropriate amount ) |
How to make pumpkin buns

1. Add appropriate amount of seasonings to the beef filling: salt, monosodium glutamate, five-spice noodles, raw Mix with vegetable oil.

2. Add onions and minced ginger and mix well.

3.Add in the chopped celery, stir well and set aside.

4. Peel the pumpkin, wash and cut into small pieces and set aside.
