How to make minced meat vermicelli

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Boil water in a pot, add vermicelli after the water boils, and blanch until soft.

3. Chop green onions and mince garlic.

4.Put oil in the pot, heat it up, add minced meat, and stir-fry until it changes color.

5. Add chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly.

6. Add vermicelli and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt , stir-fry evenly.
