Tom Yum Hot Pot Base ( 1st generation ) | Clean water ( 500ml ) |
How to make potato flour casserole
1. Prepare the following ingredients, potato flour, shredded baby cabbage, tofu and casserole balls.(I forgot to take a picture of the mushrooms and rapeseed)

2.Tear open the bag of potato flour and soak it in water.

3. Wash and slice the mushrooms.

4.Pick and wash the rapeseed and set aside.

5. Break up the baby cabbage, wash it and set aside.

6. Prepare the first generation of Tom Yum hot pot base.

7. Pour the hot pot base into the casserole and add 500 ml of purified water.

8. Bring to a boil over high heat and then add the casserole balls (put the cooking-resistant ingredients first).

9.Then add baby cabbage and rapeseed.

10. Bring to a boil and cook for three minutes.

11.Add soaked potato flour.

12.Then add shredded tofu.

13.Cook for about a minute until the potato flour is white and plump.

Tips
Pick and wash the vegetables in advance, pour the hot pot base ingredients into the casserole, add water and boil until it boils, then add the cooking-resistant ingredients first.
