Ingredients

How to make black beans, mushrooms and rapeseed
1. Soak black beans overnight in advance.The beans that are full of water will cook better.
2.Put aniseed, Sichuan peppercorns, chili peppers, salt, cinnamon bark, and tangerine peel into the pot.Just use whatever spices you have at home.

3.Put the soaked black beans in and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, cover and simmer again 4 hours.

4. Wash the rapeseed in advance and chop it into quarters.

5.Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices or quarters.

6.Put light soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and starch into a bowl and add Stir in half a bowl of water.

Tips
Rapeseed has thick roots and is not easy to cook.Blanching the roots first and then cooking them together can perfectly solve this problem!
